hello!

Welcome to the first step on your journey to healing and the new you! My name is Delanie Miller. I offer psychotherapy services specifically for adolescents and teens. However, I also work with individuals, young adults, and families looking for therapy that incorporates their faith and spiritual well-being.

Where to Begin?

You don’t have to be in crisis or having a mental breakdown to seek additional support through therapy! In fact, most therapists would prefer that clients sought help prior to a major breakdown. Therapy has the power to assist not only the individual, but to improve relationships with God, family and friends. Don’t wait to seek help today! Searching for the right therapist takes time, and patience. Great therapy occurs when the client is able to be truly honest and vulnerable with the clinician and themselves. It is important to get to know the clinician to see if you may develop a working relationship with them. This process takes time, and I encourage clients to attempt a minimum of 2-3 sessions in order to get a feel for the clinician. Despite the fact that I may not be the right fit for every client, I always want to motivate individuals to continue the search for the right clinician for them. There are a number of talented clinicians out there that are waiting to assist clients, so don’t give up!
